Is it more or less ecological to turn an agricultural area near Seoul that’s now home to about 35,000 people into a “sustainable super city” of 350,000?

Ready to buy? Hold on, the masterplan also incorporates “cutting-edge green technologies such as biomass energy generation, hydrogen fuel cells and hydroponic roofs.”
Aren’t the folks who bought into the “hydrogen highway” promise just a few years ago (including our government) still on the side of the road with their thumbs out, virtually speaking?
